"The price was fantastic - the host was communicative, AND I didn't have to bring sheets! I love that we stayed above an ice cream place. Things I would have liked to have known in advance - I would let renters know the amount of stairs to climb - and I would also mention that the 3rd Queen bed is an air mattress (We thought it was a pull out bed.) Overall, fantastic place!!!"

"The property was well-maintained and very nice in a good location close to the beach and I really liked having the rooftop pool. Although I don’t think it was heated, but maybe it’s seasonally heated we went in August. The one piece of feedback I would offer is that when you are cooking and even making bowls of cereal, there’s nowhere to dry the dishes when you wash them so possibly a little strainer would be great because I was washing them and just setting them to the side or on top of the stove to let them dry Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Clean rooms, the beach pass is super convenient, staff was great, location is perfect, reasonably priced. Parking is a bit of an adventure, included and usually nearly full. There’s garage space in the back that unfortunately floods a couple inches with heavy rain. Not enough to be concerned with car damage, but getting to the car with dry feet was a challenge Additionally the roof leaked rainwater from said heavy rains one night onto one of our beds but the staff was prompt about addressing it the next morning. Overall it was good enough for a weekend trip but I’d be annoyed if we stayed for a rainy week. The location and beach pass trumps all concerns"

"Staff was so nice and super helpful! I got a call right when I booked and felt secure in my choice. Had a nice family vacation with the dog too! We ate at the attached restaurant which was great. The rooms were nice and updated bathroom. The only issue was the 2nd bed. It was very hard and uncomfortable, and had sand in it when the kids got in. Otherwise, loved it and will stay here again!"

"Well priced, clean rooms, hot showers, updated bathrooms, decent swimming pool, plentiful parking, and close to shops and boardwalk. It was honestly a lot better than what previous reviews made the place out to be. Family stayed the first night and we stayed through the weekend. 10/10 would come back and recommend to others."

"I had a wonderful stay at this little cottage! It was very clean, cozy, and had all the appliances and essentials I needed to feel comfortable during my stay. Everything was well cared for, and the cottage had such a welcoming feel. Alison was also wonderful to communicate with, friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout my stay. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely love to rent it again. I highly recommend this cottage"
